Are our photo gift delivery times for real?

You might be forgiven for thinking that our stated delivery times on our range of personalised photo gifts are a little on the quick side? Can we really be serious? Can we really turn your photo into a fabulous photo gift in that time?

Each individual personalised gift idea is unique - the amount of time it may require under our heat presses or cold pressing afterwards etc. That's why each individual gift page states the usual delivery time for that particular gift item. We won't rush quality though.

If you've added an item to your basket, then you'll see a confirmation of the expected delivery time.

We say expected because we really try to pull out all the stops and deliver on time, every time, without compromising on quality or finish. Occasionally though, things do conspire against us - large influxes of seasonal orders (we're a small hands-on company) or when a printable's supplier is late getting our orders to us (but on the whole they're a pretty good bunch and we love them).

You can now order our 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle and personalise it with a collage of different photographs.

It's very easy to order, just add the 1000 piece collage option to your basket and when your prompted to personalise it, add one of your pictures. Proceed to checkout and complete your order.

Then simply email us with your additional photographs (up to 10 photo's allowed in total including your original picture) and we'll create a lovely and unique collage for you before printing and pressing your jigsaw puzzle.

Sorry to interrupt you all in the middle of Children in Need (is it possible they'll raise even more money than last year?) but we've just made a very important update to our personalised photo cushions.

We've been able to secure a new, softer linen feel cushion cover that replaces our previous 'silky feel' cushion cover option.

We thought it was a hard act to follow, but when we got our hands on the first linen cover and did some test prints (here in our own workshops), we were impressed.

Even our local Denby Bottles Church has a website

One of the great things about living in a small community like ours in Denby, nestling as it does in between Ripley, Belper and Kilburn, (Derbyshire), is that word very quickly spreads around about what you do.

Anyone whose read our blog or visited our website - Fabulous Photo Gifts .co.uk - will tell you we are a small, friendly personalised photo gift business. Our technical partner also does the odd bit of web design (purely on request) for other local people and it was for this that our local church - Denby Bottles Church - sought us out.

They run so many different activities for the community - mum and toddler one morning, after school drop-in another, that they were always being asked for times for this and times for that etc. So much so that it was decided a website was the only way to keep everyone informed.

So it happened and now their website is live and serving the community.

School signs up for our Fund Raising scheme

Just a quick update on our 'fabulous' fund raising scheme for schools, clubs, groups, charities etc, Mandy went to see a local school last week and they were really impressed with the work and thought that had gone into our Funds for Life scheme.

So much so that they're using our leaflet design (designed especially for the schools ready to hand out to parents) this week in the first parent newsletter.

And whilst we're on the subject of Schools....
