We've just placed a small announcement on our website to the effect that if you've recently placed an order or are doing so from now, we have had to revise our delivery times due to overwhelming numbers of orders again over the weekend.
Please add an additional 2 days to your advised delivery time.
For most photo gifts, this means a current delivery time of 7 to 9 days.
For Boxed Jigsaws, this means a current delivery time of 12 to 14 days.
For all other gifts, please add two days to the current specified delivery time on your shop basket page.
We're sorry for any inconvenience, we know how important your orders are to you and we're working literally around the clock to make sure no one is disappointed.

The Responsible personalised photo gifts company
As of 23:15 on Tuesday 1st December (GMT), Fabulous Photo Gifts has temporarily taken its online photo gift ordering system offline.
Mandy Collins - proprietor of Fabulous Photo Gifts explains:
"We had such a rush of orders over the weekend, we were quite literally snowed under, as we are currently telling visitors to our website.
We took the decision to temporarily disable our shopping cart system so that we could devote our full energies to completing the orders we'd already received.
We feel this is the most responsible course of action we can take and we look forward to welcoming customers back to our website when we re-open the online shopping basket on Friday 4th December (2009) - latest.
We'd like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding but we're confident they'll agree that it is unfair on those customers who have already ordered to be kept waiting longer than is necessary for their orders to be completed and shipped."
"We are a small 2 person company where every order - every photograph really is hand prepared, printed and packaged so we're sure you'll understand - thank you for your patience".
