FAQ's – Why the two delivery times?

With the addition of the new range of photo giftsphoto mugs, photo mousemats, photo t-shirts etc, because these gift ideas and our new range of novelty jigsaws undergo a different production process to that of our traditional photo jigsaw puzzles, we were able to greatly reduce the delivery times on these photo gift ideas.

When you place an online photo gift order with Fabulous Photo Gifts, you'll receive a courtesy email giving you confirmation of the delivery time of your order.

It looks like this:

Many thanks for your order. Please accept this confirmation that your order has been received successfully.
If there are any problems with your order we will be in touch.
Your delivery is scheduled for approximately 27/07/2007 - If you have posted images or CD's, these may arrive back seperately to your order.
The above delivery date is for our boxed and standard jigsaw range only. Express jigsaws and all other photo gifts will be delivered in 5 to 7 days time

You'll notice the date (in this example 27/07/2007) is 14 days on from placing your order. This date refers to the delivery of our range of standard and boxed photo jigsaw puzzles only.

The line underneath re-iterates that all other photo gifts including our novelty and express range of photo jigsaws will be delivered in the stated 5 to 7 days from placing of your order.

If your order is going to be delayed further, we will endeavour to contact you.

Our apologies for any confusion caused, however, as most of our orders include both boxed jigsaws and other photo gifts, we agreed that it was better to leave both sets of dates in the email you receive.
