Fabulous Photo Gifts - Delivery Times Amended due to Christmas Rush

Dear Customers of Fabulous Photo Gifts.

We've just placed a small announcement on our website to the effect that if you've recently placed an order or are doing so from now, we have had to revise our delivery times due to overwhelming numbers of orders again over the weekend.

Please add an additional 2 days to your advised delivery time.

For most photo gifts, this means a current delivery time of 7 to 9 days.
For Boxed Jigsaws, this means a current delivery time of 12 to 14 days.
For all other gifts, please add two days to the current specified delivery time on your shop basket page.

We're sorry for any inconvenience, we know how important your orders are to you and we're working literally around the clock to make sure no one is disappointed.

Are our photo gift delivery times for real?

You might be forgiven for thinking that our stated delivery times on our range of personalised photo gifts are a little on the quick side? Can we really be serious? Can we really turn your photo into a fabulous photo gift in that time?

Each individual personalised gift idea is unique - the amount of time it may require under our heat presses or cold pressing afterwards etc. That's why each individual gift page states the usual delivery time for that particular gift item. We won't rush quality though.

If you've added an item to your basket, then you'll see a confirmation of the expected delivery time.

We say expected because we really try to pull out all the stops and deliver on time, every time, without compromising on quality or finish. Occasionally though, things do conspire against us - large influxes of seasonal orders (we're a small hands-on company) or when a printable's supplier is late getting our orders to us (but on the whole they're a pretty good bunch and we love them).
